I am sorry to inform you that that despite my several reminders sent to CEO & Governor of WB; President, PM & CEO of New Delhi; DM & SDO of North 24 Parganas, WB & you and completed all the formalities required by CEO, WB, I have not yet received the corrected EPIC of my mother even now. More than two years had already been elapsed which may kindly be noted.

I hope that you will take up this very seriously and do the needful so that I may get the same immediately.
