Non-receipt of corrected EPIC vide No. WB/20/137/102101 in the name of Smt. Maya Rani Deb (Mother) from ECI for more than 2 years

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that despite my several reminders sent to CEO & Governor of WB; President, PM & CEO of New Delhi; DM & SDO of North 24 Parganas, WB and completed all the formalities required by CEO, WB, I have not yet received the corrected EPIC of my mother even now. More than two years had already been elapsed which may kindly be noted.

I hope that you will take up this very seriously and do the needful so that I may get the same immediately.
