Non reciept of voter i cards

I myself Suniel kaushik and my wife Mrs Meeta kaushik are the resident of power house area CHANDAUSI-202412, DISTT- MORADABAD (U.P.)

We had applied and filled all necessary forms for voter i cards with acknowledgement reciept no-(makan no 428 Bhag sankhya 89, in the month of december in local ITI booth.

I personaly visited several times to our local tahseel office with acknowledgement, but i could never locate

my areas BLO or any concerned officer.

please lodge my complaint and take necessary action, therefore we could get our voter i card and can utilize our right to vote.
