Power supply after bill payment

Dear sir/ madam.

i naga bhushanam from meenakshi nagar. sir/madam i paid the electricity bill with penalty for the address flat no-C, firstfloor, plot no-11&12, meenakshi nagar, perungalathur, chennai-63 yesterday (i.e., 18/01) before that power supply has been stopped to our house with out any information to our neighbours because we are in andhra for the pongal. after that we came and we paid the bill & we asked that when the lineman will come to give supply they replied with in 2 to three hours but after 24hours also no lineman have came to give the supply.
