Want electricity bill of year 1993-94

I Live in Bhagat singh nagar no. 2, goregaon (w), mumbai 400104 As per SRA Development Scheme (punarvasan yojna) builder has asked for old electricity bill for the year 1993-94. I had bought my house 0n 27th may i.e four years back so i dont have it, the old owner (Eknath rama Bhalerao) on whose name the old bill is also dont hav the old bills as it has all damaged due to flooding on 26th july. So i want dublicate bill for the year 1993-94. I visited the nearby office of reliance energy but the officials are refusing to give the copy of old bills.
