Broken High Tension line

In H.I.G.Duplex Colony, ChanderNagar, Distt. Ghaziabad, the power supply problem is very acute. We do not get electric supply for more than 12 hrs a day; even then there are huge fluctuations and many electric household gadgets have been damaged. There is no proper earthing in the transformer. The high tension line behind HIG 12, 13 and 14 was combining, for which complaint was lodged in sub station on 7.8.09, but no action was taken. The HT lines were broked in between and fallen on the ground in the night, but they are still lying there, despite written complaint in the morning at substation.

There is no power since 4 .p.m. of 7th Aug i.e.forthe last 22 hours hrs. 30 minutes. The HT lines arestill broken. No officers are avaIable at sub station. Please take immediate action to repair HT lines and restore power supply. All residents are suffering.
