Non-receipt of Bill

My consumer No. 000094234344. Usually I receive my electricity bill between last week of the month and first week of the following month. However, this month (i.e. bill for Jul 09) has NOT yet been received by me despite the fact that it is already 11 Aug 09.

What should I do?
