Is Privatization a synonymous of price hiking? It is perfectly true for BSES because after becoming the power supplier in delhi per unit cost is hiked several times instead of good service.

In this hot season electricity failure and frequent power cuts is not a big deal and this is not a new thing. From the last year we are writing to BSES costumer care about this problem in Rama Park A Block, Uttam Nagar, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-59 but instead of movement of that mail we have not found any concrete result. The basic problem is that at around 10pm daily electricity supply is stopped due to overload and whole night we have to sleep without electricity. If you are charging for the whole month then why you are not able to handle this problem. Your bill distribution system is good but consumer complaints are ignored. If your reason is overload then why dont you sanction load to household and make the system streamline.

I hope this email will definitely find its target and we would be able to get rid of this long pending problem
