Washing Machine

I had purchased a washing machine (Electrolux Alpha Care F.Auto 5.5 Kg) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 24.09.2008. Few days after the machine was delivered, the executives from the company service centre came in for a routine demonstration and after a thorough check-up, declared the machine non-functional, as there was a major problem with the motor. I immeciately lodged a complaint with the dealer and demanded a replacement of the machine with a new one of the identical model. On 07.11.2008 I was informed by the dealer that the company has refused to give me a replacement and now I am left with no other option than to buy a machine of a different make from the dealer.

As a customer I personally feel deeply hurt by the treatment dished out by both Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd and Electrolux Company.
