ELECTROLUX FRIDGE 245 LUXURY VIOLET
NOT WORKING, NO COOLING, WATER ACCUMULATION INSIDE THE FRIDGE

Sir,

I had registered my complaint with customer care on 19th. of this month.

Complaint no given to me is THA 19080890052.

I sent SMS on 19th & 23rd also. Till date no one from the company attended the fridge.

I kept the fridge off since 13th.as it is consuming power unnecessarily. It is a festivle time and I had to do without fridge.

Please let me know how long I have to wait to get my fridge working?
