Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator 235 Premium
Refrigerator not working

Dear Customer Care Manager,

Our Kelvinator Electrolux 235 Preminum refridgerator, Sr. No. 34716517, purchased on 20 March from Rawat Brothers, 1583, Sadashiv Peth, Pune 411030:

Problem: No cooling.

Complaint Nos.and detals of action thereon:

(1) 900IG08B29114: Change of Compressor, change of gas and one stabilizer fixed at our cost.

Result: Working did not improve

(2) 900IG08D16000 dated 26 April: No response.

Several informal complaints lodged with Shri. Tanksale: Cell No. 9370240175, Shri. Vinay Singh Cell No. 9325340266 and others. Response -- nil.

At present the freezer is working but the lower compartment is not.

Please help urgently or we may have to take some legal measures.
