global service mr.malay since not giving poroper reply or nobody coming for see what is problem and nt can we do we are think now we sale refrigarator and buy another product never kelvinator mr, malay said we are very busy if they busy then why company give him service authority?

what can we do? he also not answaring in moble? what we will do?
