Electrolux Micro Owen
Service centre not attending service request in the warranty period

Dear Sir,

I have a Electrolux Micro Owen in the warranty period. I have logged complian in the call Centre (033-39404040) with reference complian id Num ASA971103 with my cell num:09836355701 on 11th of july i.e on saturday. Till Date no body have attended the call. I have many times called call centre they have given me the service centre Cell num (9333080758). On 14th i have called the service cetre named as Reliable Services.(Durgapur Benna city) they adviced that it will be attended within 2or 3 days but till date no one have attended the call and i am desperately writing to all of you finding no more options as a customer.

Request you to look inthis matter!!!
