Not replacing faulty machine

I bought a electrolux microwave oven model no EM 20 EC 80SS from a shop in kolkata which was found to be faulty.i got it replaced on my own expense from the dealer. the replaced product was again faulty where the electrolux executives mr niranjan and mr d. banerjee could not able to solve the problem . this is going for last 15 days.please help me. edison.
