Electrolux refrigirator - DFF 40
Heater replacement

I bought one electrolux refrigirator. Just 18 months back i had replaced my refrigirator heater as there was some fault. It cost me Rs 4800/- for the service. Now again that heater is not working and they are asking for Rs 3800/- .They should maintain some quality in their product and services. How many times will i pay like this. In 18 months how can i pay Rs8600/- for the same part and same defect. Instead i can by a new refrigirator. Why do this people give quality assurance when they dont provide.

Please help me out.
