We had purchased the AC in the year 2007.
The company had not provided any demo of the product nor there has been any post sales service. Now, when we contact them they say that you as customer had to give us request for the demo, company do not send any one for the same. Now we would charge for teh service (Rs. 350/-) per visit.
Kindly suggest what should be done, as we feel cheated as customer for not receiving the service that was mean tfor us.
