Dealer's misconduct

I am a user of washing machine (electrolux) but it is not working properly and its cover of the sppining part is broken since i have registered a complaint to the local dealer he is till now not able to give the proper response towards it and only he is doing that misleading us by which we are facing alot of problem. and decided now that neither we and nor from our relatives or any person whom we know and they ask any suggestion for the equipments to buy we are certainly not gonna recommend anymore for this brand, and now we are going to move to the consumer forum for the same.
