Compressor Problem

Hello,

I have purchased Blue Star Window AC 1.5 Ton last year from Ghaziabad. I went to LG authorized showroom (Electronic Palace, Ambedkar Road) and check the LG product first but there i found a Blue Star AC also in the showroom. When i checked it's detail, i found that this is better to purchase thus i purchased that time. Before a year completion, i found that this AC have problem in it's cooling and compressor is not correct. I contact Blue Star service center in Ghaziabad who asked me that from where i have purchased this AC? I told them about the showroom but they told me that this showroom is not authorized dealer for selling Blue Star AC thus they can't help me in this.

I contact showroom and asked about this fraud to me but they have no answer. Could you please help me here?
