Magnetron stopped working

Complain No: 6A0040806300012 dt. 30.06.2008.

I live in Kolkata and purchased the machine on February ' 2006.

About Microwave stopped working. They visited and and said Magnetron got dammaged and need to be replaced. The Magnetron is within Warranty period and replacement is free of cost.

But till then they are only saying Magnetron is out of stock.

In any case is it possible for such a reputed company does not have a single magnetron in whole city?

And even if it is not there then can't it be brought from factory? Is it the nature of service we expect from such a reputed company?
