Two tickets for one trip

I booked through blue bird agency ;3 adults (my self, my wife, and my 14 years old daughter Razaz)

and three other children .about 2 month prior to the travel day l (Heathrow, Doha khartoum, khartoum doha heathrow .the whole family except me were travelling to gether and iwas to go after ward and we come all together.

upon arrival to airport 3hours before take off I WAS GIVEN THE BOARDING PASS FOR MY WIFE THREE CHILDREN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DAGHTER (RAZAZ) have got aproblem as the surname in the ticket was not the same as in the mothers passport that is elsheikh instead of elmusbah and they can not issue her aboarding pass although ishowed them ;my passport her school Id and the name on mothers passport visa which was elsheikh and that if she didnot travel with them on that day that will ruin the whole family holiday plansafter long discussions with staff and staff discussing oover the phone with their senior (luqman) they decided that they cannot give my daughter aboarding passand they were ready ifall the family miss the flight.i have to buy ANOTHER TICKET that cost me £658 .00 and the whole family were insuch adistress physically and psycologically PARTICULARLY MY DAUGHTER
