Overcharging on M.R.P

I bought 13 boxes of floor tiles (Marbonite- Nuvolta) from Empire Agencies, Showroom 5-A, Sec-7C, madhya marg, Chandigarh on 25/4. After the delivery, i noticed that the M.R.P. on all the boxes had been intentionally scratched. On inquiring the M.R.P. from other dealers i came to know that the dealer had over charged me on M.R.P.. that is Rs.965/box (incl. of all taxes), whereas he had chaged @ rs.990/box according to the invoice no.6333. Even the tiles delivered had Broken Edges and varied in colour despite having the same colour code. The dealer abused when we contacted him for replacement and price difference. Kindly help me out and stop this UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE.
