Non receiving of my provident fund

Dear Sir,

I had applied for withdrawl of my Provident Fund, A/C No: DL/19092/1258 and had accordingly submitted all the necessary filled up forms and cancelled bank cheque to Employee Provident Fund office in Wazirpur, New Delhi.

The same was sent through DTDC courier, consignment no. M58055337 on 10.11.2010. The proof of delivery (POD) of the courier mentions it to have been delivered to the EPF Wazirpur, New Delhi office on 12.11.2010. However, there has been no remittance of my PF amount in my designated bank account so far. On checking the status over phone, an official of the EPF office clearly mentioned that there are no records received by the office against my PF No.

I have recently written and couriered a complaint etter to the Regional PF Commissioner in the above office, urging him to take action and provide solution at the earliest for the discrepancy. There has been no response so far from the EPF office.

Accordingly, request your kind intervention to help me get my money.
