EMS Speed Post
Document Not received

Sir,

We have sent a speed post (Domestic Document) via speed post on 15th May to BHEL (Haridwar) from Anna Nagar Post Office, but till date I could not track the document on the net. Docket # SP ET 360224785 dt 1552010.

If they could not feed the details on the WEB, why the hell they advertise themselves as the best service in the universe? If it was sent thru DHL, FEDEX the very next day onwards I can follow the document once it is received the feed back could be recvd thru net. But governmental services are getting worse now-a-days and no one to question them that it is the only reason. They get their salaries and perks thru unions so absolutely no care to customer satisfaction.
