I have posted very important documents pertaining to my deceased husband vide trk no EW 116293548IN from Jodhpurpark post office in Kolkata on October 18 to NHS in United Kingdom where he was employed. Though I was assured that the said documents would reach UK within Five working days but till today after 10 (ten working days it has not reached destination. Your tracking information shows that it was bagged on 20th October at Kolkata Airport Sorting and no information available there after. Please immediately look into this matter.
