NEGILANCE ON DUTY

This is about the timing problem in southern-urban area. Usually the season ticket issue timing in morning is from 7 / 7.30 to 10.30 am. But authorities who take charge of their duty closed their counter before time ie. around 10.20 or 10.25 to close their account and to relieve from their duty. This happened to me at pallavaram in between (Chennai-beach route) and few other passenger this morning.

For this is attached my automatic vending machine ticket taken exactly on 10.30am due to closure of the counter.

If it happens to some other below poverty line, because sometimes they have exact change only for the season ticket, in this case they have to get separate ticket to travel which cost them more than they have.

So please take necessary action against such issues.
