Harrassing for not leaving room

I am vishal by education i m an engineer, i have been in noida since last one month basically m from muzaffarpur and i am here in noida to do technical course training which is expected to finish by december. Actually it is a complain against aperson who enacted here as a owner of a room in varun appartment rm num 473, 7 th floor. I came delhi july 12, i got call from d person rajat who told me that room is vacant come n see flat by 28 or 30th july 10 i hav visited n he told me u can stay here by paying 2500/mnth rent n 2500 as security deposit.but even i paid money he is telling me to leave d flat even before date n i dnt leave room till now so he started to harass me n abuse me publically.this letter is to intimate abt situation and to take step against him, otherwise i will revenge frm my side .i will do any level of thing to take revenge.now its ur job to handle it.i m effected by his act such a way that i am mentally not able to prepare for my forth coming syndicate bank on 29th aug10.plz take suitable step n help me to cope up frm this, as u people are for d people who need ur help in any kind of problem.my contact num is vishal kr gaurav 9540905097.
