Sir,

I have an endowment policy holder with policy no. 392798049. i had submitted an application in kayamkulam branch (Kottayam divivision, Kerala) for changing my address from R. ANILKUMAR . ANIL BHAVANAM.CHINGOLI.P.O.690532 TO the new address ANILKUMAR . SNEHALAYAM..CHINGOLI.P.O. ALAPPUZHA .690532, with my original certificate enclosed in the year 2007. but yet i didn, t recieved any reply from the office . so ikindly requesting a speedy action for the same
