Non supply of Towels in 2 AC

Dear Sir, I was traveling with my family from Chalakudy (S.R) to Chennai in second AC by Train No.16042 vide PNR 4534657285 on 07/01. While the bed rolls were served I ask for the towel to the coach attendant and he told me that there is towels avilable in this root. I made a verbal complaint to the TT on duty and he also told him supply me the towels but he refused saying that he is not having the towels and they usualy dont prived it in this train. As the railway is charging the cost for this why they are not providing it to the pssenger? Will the authorities will look into this.
