Subject: Submitted for Pension dated 11th Jan.still today not credited to my account.
I am writing this letter in Pain and also regret to inform you that I have submitted my pension papers on Jan 11th but still today nothing has done by your office in this regard. Please permit me to put a few lines for kind consideration.when I submitted on Jan 11th after forty days your EPF Office has sent back my Pension Papers to my Office, my office people informed me the same. Your EPF Office required
Original School Leaving Certificate has en-closer. Has per your EPF Office requirements I have submitted my Original Certificate (Enclosed My Original Certificate with my Pension Papers)
It is highly Appreciated and obliged kindly look into my matter and please arrange my Pension at the earlier
