Please permit me to put a few lines for kind consideration.when I submitted on Jan 11th after forty days your EPF Office has sent back my Pension Papers to my Office, my office people informed me the same. Original School Leaving Certificate has en-closer. Has per your EPF Office requirements I have submitted my Original Certificate (Enclosed My Original Certificate with my Pension Papers)
It is highly Appreciated and obliged kindly look into my matter and please arrange my Pension at the earlier
