EPF from Bangalore PF Office
Cheque returned

Sir,

I applied for withdraw of money from Provident Office Bangalore in Jun 2. They had sent the cheque to my Bank account, but it was returned (dishonoured), so my bank (ICICI hyderabad) had charged 110 from my account. Again the same cheque is honoured, so again my bank (ICICI hyderabad) had charged Rs 110 as collection charges. Now my question is why i should pay the dishonoured and collection charges when it is the fault of Provident Fund.

How can i get back the amount. Please let me know.
