Delay in settling PF claim

Dear Sir,

Though my employer, Aviva India, New Delhi, has submitted my Form 19 and 10-C along with the required documents for the settlement of my PF Claim and received confirmation by EPF Office New Delhi (North) Wazirpur vide receipt No. 28184125 & 28184126 dated 21/10 which in turn is reported to be under process and requests to try after 30 days from submission to know the status but to my surprise more than 6 months have passed and even i have send 3 (feedback) reminders through their portal, I am yet to receive my PF. Can anyone help me to get my PF sanctioned? At least i should receive a communication through the PF wazirpur office for problems in processing if any. Looking forward for help from the concerned department.
