Not received PF amount since 2005

I was working with Wipro Pune i had quit the job in Feb and filled up the form for PF withdrawal. But the account which i had given for crediting the PF money was closed by the bank without notifying me. Then i tried to get in touch with the PF office and everytime they provided me with wrong instrcutions. First time they told me that i had to fill up the form again with the employer but the employer clearly mentioned that they dont have any control over it anymore and it is with Regional Provident fund office.

So i tried to follow up again with the EPFO but they kept giving excuses. Then i decided to transfer the amount to my current employer instead of withdrawing the money. So i asked my current employer to complete the proceedings. So i filled up the form for transfer the money to my current PF account with my current employer after a year the EPFO sent the form back mentioning that they cannot transfer as the the employee has already filled up the form for withdrawal. So my current employee asked me to fill up another form so they could transfer the amount to my bank account. I have filled up the form in December last year but i havent got any response from them. I called the PF office in Delhi Nehru Nagar branch but they dont speak properly and just tell you please enquire next month. Its been 6 months now and i am still struggling to get my own money. No when i am calling them no one pick ups the phone.
