Non receipt of pension from Jan 11 to Jul 11

Dear Sirs/madam,

My PPO no. MH/BAN/44847 & PF A/C No. MH/22414/44. I have met your officers number of times to your bandra office for release of pension which has been stoped due to computerization of your records.

In the last month i.e. August, I personally visited and submitted once again submitted the life certificate and got entered all the required data by the concerned PF clerk in front of me and she assured that the pension will start from September onwards and it was sent to my saving's s account at SBI, Goregaon (E) Branch for one month only and pending pension for the period Jan to July was not sent along with August and it still to be awaited.

Please look into the matter personally on TOP PRIORITY BASIS to avoid further delay.
