PAROMISED CASH PRIZE EVADED

DEAR Sir/m'am,

I suppose this endeavour of the government has fallen to itchy hands. I hope my request will be heeded this time, I had previously informed you about the SMS voting competitionsponsored by HDFC Bank on ESPN channel where I spent our hard earned money on this and when I was announced declared a winner they've refused to give the prize (Rs.10, 000) and I have abundant evidence to prove this. Firstly their phone number that they called us from which is --1164678041-- and most importantly my name featured in the list of winners. Is this fair on their part to have promised us the amount and then to turn us away? Well there is a limit till where you can be pushed and then you resist I am on that brink. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO HOOK THEM.
