Service Tax no. status

Dear SirMam,

We are a placement firm and we have applied for the Service Tax No. through Etaxes india pvt. ltd. located in Nariana Vihar. They took the money in advance and its about to be 3 mths and we have no clue what going on. When we are asking abt the status the only thing that we listen is it will take just 1 weeks of time and now a days no one is even responding to our queries and they have said that they will not do anything n will not return the money. We are really in immense trouble and don't know where to go and whom to contact. Please help us with the same issue and let us know what can be done as we are stuck in the business without the service tax no.
