E ticket
Against cancellation of e ticket

I had reserved a e ticket from Rampur jn. to Asr jn on 18 jul., but the train was late by 15hours from rampur and then i was trying to cancel my ticket, but the feedback from irtc was "the chart has been prepared".so i will be ver much thankfull to you if my ticket will be refund.
