Cancellation of e-ticket

respected sir since the train no:792 on 31-oct at nagpur was delayed by more than 8 hours and since we had an emergency need to reach HYD we had tried to cancel the e-ticket. But unfortunatly ur system was not cancelling the e-ticket.hence because of ur failure i am losing Rs490.hence in this regard i need ur kind cooperation.if needed i would take necessary legal recourse.
