Eureka - Worst service

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share the bad experience that I am experiencing with Eureka - Aquaguard. We bought this product RO a month ago and now it is stopped working. Registered a complaint and front desk guy said, someone will attend within 24 hours. Now it is almost 48 hours and no one has turned up. Again called today morning the help desk and asked him to send someone urgently to look into the problem. He gave me the area service manager (ASM) number to talk further, but the ASM is not picking up the phone. Got the other number to contact the service head office at T.Nagar, Chennai. There is lady named Kavitha attended the call and she said she will sent someone immediately, but till now no one has turned up. Now I am trying to reach her again, but she is putting down the phone after hearing my voice.

I have never ever seen this kind of service. This is ridiculous and painful. I request people to stay away from these kind of products.
