Water coming in drops

I have entered an AMC with Devi enterprises, franchiee and it is valid up to Dec. I have complained in the last week and a technician attended and said that the water will come very slowly. Only if the overhead tank is kept in 3rd floor, it will work properly and he could not rectify our complaint.

The water is coming very slow, drop by drop only. Again another complaint was made on 10.8.2009 and several reminders were given to Ramanathapuram office - Ph.0422-6456557. No technician was sent to attend the complaint.

If my complaint is not attended, I will be forced to refer the matter to the Dist. Consumer Forum for not complying with the terms of maintenance contract.
