Eureka Foorbes could add a block letter NO in between their words customer and care since that is what their attitude represents. One of the customer care personnel challenged me to take up the matter of her rude behaviour whil attendign to an unattended complaint. Hence this e mail. When I asked her why are AMC customers too treated this negligent way she replied that everyone is on an AMC so what? Well so much for customer care.

Would someone tell me is this the customer care eureka forbes boasts about and is this what we get for answering all their queries while on their early morning survey which starts as early as seven in the morning when we are all rushing with roller skates under or feet.
