Dear Sir/Madam
I, Dr. Sameer Verma had purchased a filter cartridge kit for AquaSure storage water purifier in sealed condition from Abu Lane Market in Meerut. Unfortunately the main chemical filter compartment w as found broken on opening the pack. Regarding the same I had called your bombay office no. and subsequently your call centre, who in turn gave me the meerut customer care numbers (0121-2671715/2671679).
On calling the above mentioned numbers, the call was attended by some lady who very discourteously informed me that my complaint was none of their concern and I should get in touch with the concerned dealer and subsequently disconnected the call. On calling again the reply was the same and they absolutely refused to provide any information or guidance.
I was utterly shocked and disgusted by the rude and irresponsive behaviour of the concerned customer care people. The reason of my writing all this to you is that these people give a bad name to your company and products. How can I get in touch with the local dealer when I had purchased your product from one city and have moved to another city after job changeover. Moreover is your product and problems related to it the concern of the company or the local dealer?
I therefore request you to look into this matter to preserve the faith of customers like us in your company and its products and their after sales service. Or is it like as seen on TV hi purchase and then bye (we are not concerned)!
