Re installation and amc contract request

Requested their call centre on 23rd Oct to send someone to re-install our aqua flo as we moved home and also to get a fresh AMC contract. No one turns up and had to Remind them on 11th nov and the next day they send some person called DATTA without any ID who insist that he can service the machine and the installation can be done later. (a joke) call them again on the 23rd Nov 09. and spaeak to a callous RAJ at their call centre who heard me out and said HE WILL TRY HIS BEST...! He said the technicians are not from eureka forbes so there was not much he could do but request them to attend to the call. is this a joke guys... I wonder what sevice means to this company
