Negligent customer care deppt

I bought RO system from Eureka Forbes last month... however, it stopped working within one month and inspite of making non stop complaints, the customer care seemed to be least bothered... after a long time the technician came n told us that the membrane needs to be changed... now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger... i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer care... really poor service.
