WE HAVE PURCHASED AQUA GUARD SENSA ON 01 09 2008. IT IS UNDER WARANTY. WE HAVE BEEN MAKING COMPLAINTS TO HELP LINE FOR THE SERVICE. EVERY DAY WE KEEP GETTING CALLS THAT IT SHALL BE ATTENDED TO DAY. MY COMPLAINAT NO: CN 81372922. IN VAIN I TRIED CALLING REGIONAL MANGER (30687528) AND THE PHONE IS NOT BEING PICKED UP. THE LOCAL CONTACT (BARKATHPURA 27567185/27551491) THE PHONES ARE NOT BEING ANSWERED. WE FEEL ASHAMED OF CALLING REPEATEDLY HELP LINE . WE HAVE IN THEIR SITE:

WHILE SELLING THEY ARE AFTER YOU AND WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS NO BODY BOTHRS. THEY HAVE STOCK OPTIONS. IT SHALL BE ATTENDED TO DAY POSITIVELY.
