Sub-Vaccum Cleaner Under AMC Replacement of Spare -reg.

This is my second E-mail to you rerarding non replacment of Spares (Power Cable and Spring set). Till now there is no action from your side hope you have received my first E-mail no your My Vaccum Cleaner is under AMC as per AMC Conditions any spare will be replaced at free of cost. After many reminders thay have taken more than one month and replaced the spares with old one, immediately the power cable started to burn and the spring wheel is also not working.your Customer Service specialist Mr. Ramesh has promised to replace the spares with new one but till now there is no response from his side. I even called his several times, if you are not going to replace the spares I will have to complaint to your officers, he said that you can complaint any where you want.

Once again I request you sir to advice your staff replace the spares immediately, as my children are suffering from dust alergey as I am regular user of vaccum cleaner.
