Default in Service & Change of Water Filte

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken 2 Year AMC Contract on 26th August with a commitment of Quarterly services of water filter machine vide Contract Receipt no- 14425716 From Seema Aqua Check.

I would like to update you that since last 12 months no one has turned at our place for cleaning/checking our Water filter machine.

Inspite of repeated calls no one has changed my Water filter which was in AMC plan. Now My contract has expired & not recdcomplete service.

Please Guide me futher

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
