Vaccum cleaner got repaired and to be serviced

Dear Sir,

We have locked a complaint call two weeks before contact person (Ms. Hema phone No.0422-2543180 Place coimbatore) and we have been following with them for two weeks but till today. whenever we call they say today service executive will come but as of now nobody atten the complaint. Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. Please look into this matter and we wont purchase any of your products.
