Delayed In refund Money of IPO

Dear Sirs,

We have applied in IPO of the company and recived the shares of part of amount and remaining amout was supposed to be returned upto 9th October. Even after many reminders company is not taking any action in this matter, due to which I have to suffer a lot of financial losses. to name a few intrest to bankers and non availability of funds for new IPO's. Kindly look into the matter and help me in this matter.
