Subject - Cancellation of the EVDO.

Sir / Madam,

With Reference to the above subject I would like to bring to your notice that I had requested for cancellation fo the EVDO card I have bearing consumer number 50977020 on 31st of October 09. I had cleared all my outstanding bills of approximately 2500.

The customer service executive at the office told me that the system is not accepting for cancellation for some reason and asked me to come back later again.

I have visited this place on 10th November 09 for cancellation at 1.00 PM and the same response was given to me rather cancelling the connection.

I have submitted the instrument earlier on 31st October 09 and cleared all my bills, yet the cancellation is not being carried out.

How do I resolve this case.
